As President of TCS of America, she employs solid technical knowledge and extensive corporate experience to drive constant improvement and performance breakthroughs that deliver exceptional value to TCS clients. Melanie has more than 30 years of experience helping companies improve profitability, customer relations, and competitive edge: including telecommunications, professional consulting services, and management.
As an SBA Small Business Person of the Year recipient, Melanie continually aligns her business goals with “service to others.” She has recently served as a three-term New Hampshire State Representative. Melanie received her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Cindy Perkins, Vice President/Senior Consultant
Cindy Perkins is a seasoned business executive who oversees daily operations to support our growth and success. Cindy keeps a keen focus on strategic planning, goal-setting, and customer satisfaction. With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications services business (including Digital Equipment Corporation and AT&T) Cindy’s strategic insight and service-centered approach help our organization create best in class services that provide exceptional value.
Along with building dynamic teams and servicing TCS’ clients, Cindy is an award-winning golfer and Hall of Fame athlete competing in major tournaments in New England. She is a graduate of the prestigious Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
